Core pack version
TYVA ENERGIE has developed a platform of innovative modules. The lithium battery module CORE PACK modules TYVA MODULOO Ax is the lightest on the market, with an energy density of 245 Wh/Kg.
The rigid structure of the module has several mechanical interfaces for its dressing and attachment to a final product.
The mechanical integration of several TYVA MODULOO Ax CORE PACK modules can be very easily produced in a plastic, composite or metal case.

TYVA MODULOO Ax modules are used for the quick, economic construction of Li-ion batteries in 3 dimensions, where this flexibility allows us to put together, without development and certification costs, series of parallel assemblies from 3.7 V to 810 V.
Power and energy range
Our technology is used to create lithium battery modules in the “Energy” version, high-density and in the “Power” version, with high permanent discharge regimes (up to 10C). Our multi-chemistry internal modular platform based on standard cells in 18650 format supports all chemical types present on the market LiFePO4, NMC, LMO, Ni-Rich and NCA.
Temperature management
High temperature is the prime factor reducing the lifetime of lithium batteries. Our innovative“TYVA COOL” technologyprovides passive cooling for battery modules. For low-temperature applications, we propose as an option, a heating solution easy to integrate into our module front surfaces.
THE lightest LITHIUM battery on the market
TYVA MODULOO Ax lithium battery modules in the Core Pack version are the lightest and most compact on the market. The energy density is outstanding, with only 245 Wh/kg.
Ecological
TYVA MODULOO Ax modules integrate the cell replacement technology TYVA REFILL with interchangeable elements in 18650 format. The other components of the battery can thus be reused several times. TYVA MODULOO Ax preserves your environment and reduces the carbon footprint of Li-Ion batteries. Our product users benefit from the technological evolution of electrochemical cells, with increased capacity and lifetime.
Made in France
and at competitive prices
Our unique modular platform allows us to offer a competitive price of 0.35 € to 0.45 € Wh/kg for low production volumes. Our battery modules are made in France on semi-automated lines with 2 production sites located in the region of Drôme Ardèche. 80% of the TYVA MODULOO Ax components are supplied from less than 60 minutes from the manufacturing site. Our made in France manufacturing and our modular construction provide a delivery time of maximum 15 days for our clients, and an ultra-competitive price.
